How will I know that Nordgreen has received my Return?

We will send an email update as soon as we have received your goods. Processing your refund or exchange usually takes another 1-2 working days once items are checked-in. 

Please be aware that Free Postal Returns can take around 2-4 weeks to get delivered back to Nordgreen.
