I got shipping instructions, but not the return label

We do have 2 options for our customers in our return center when they choose to send back an item. You can either choose to send back with our return label (free shipping) or your choice shipment option (your own expense). You are more than welcome to re-do the return process and choose the first (ship with pre-paid return label) option without a problem.
