The return process is quite easy and smooth. If your initial shipping method was express, you have two alternatives, meaning either deliver the package to the nearest UPS dropoff location or arrange a home pick-up.
Find the nearest dropoff location here or call relevant carrier on the return label to arrange collection. The courier will provide the AWB pouch either at the dropoff location or when they arrived to pick up your package. It can be used for both commercial invoices and return label.
You only need to print the return label, which was attached to the confirmation email, and the commercial invoice if the package is shipped from the non-EU country - the one attached altogether with the return label.
In general, please follow the steps:
1. Download and print your return label.
2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label on a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
3. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship. The package must be scanned to activate tracking.
4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items.
If the shipment is sent from a non-EU country, please place three copies of the invoice in the plastic AWB pouch. Pre-paid labels provided by Nordgreen to the customer must be used within 7 days of the shipping labels creation date. Nordgreen holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this timeframe.
The full refund right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Nordgreen holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criterion.
